Online Therapy for Women in Tennessee and Nevada
For women ready to stop abandoning themselves to feel safe in relationships.
If anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship patterns have left you second guessing yourself, therapy can help you understand what is happening and rebuild trust in your own voice.

Welcome to Revelation Mental Health
I’m Suzanne Maynard, LMFT, a licensed marriage and family therapist providing online therapy across Tennessee and Nevada.
Many of the women I work with have spent years moving through life on high alert, carefully choosing their words, questioning their own needs, and keeping the peace at their own expense. While these survival patterns may have once protected you, they often lead to anxiety, depression, emotional burnout, and painful relationship cycles.
At Revelation Mental Health, therapy is a grounded, collaborative space to understand where those patterns began, process underlying trauma, and reconnect with your voice. My approach integrates:
- DBT Skills & Principles to build mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and the interpersonal effectiveness needed to set clear boundaries and communicate your needs without self-abandonment.
- EMDR Therapy to process painful memories and ease nervous system reactivity
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 3 Trained) to repair relationship cycles and deepen connection
- Faith-Sensitive Care when desired, integrating Christian values or spiritual exploration
Whether you are located in Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Las Vegas, Reno, Henderson, or surrounding areas, telehealth makes it simple to begin meaningful, consistent work from the comfort of your own home.

Specialties
Individual Therapy for Women
For women ready to heal old survival patterns, rebuild self trust, and stop losing themselves in relationships.
Depression Therapy
Depression can feel like heaviness, low motivation, sleep changes, difficulty concentrating, or feeling disconnected from yourself and the life you want to be living. In therapy, we make space for what has been weighing on you and begin reconnecting with your needs, voice, clarity, and sense of self.

Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety can show up as chronic worry, overthinking, physical tension, avoidance, people pleasing, or always bracing for what might go wrong. In anxiety therapy, we work with both your thoughts and nervous system so you can feel more grounded and respond from self trust versus a place of fear.
Trauma Therapy
Trauma can make the past feel like it is still shaping the present. It may show up as triggers, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, shame, or difficulty feeling safe in your body or relationships. Trauma therapy and EMDR can help you process painful experiences and build more safety, choice, and agency in the present.

Relationship Therapy
For couples ready to understand their conflict cycle, repair hurt, and rebuild emotional connection.

Couples Therapy
Relationship pain often reveals deeper patterns around communication, unmet needs, conflict, repair, and fear of taking up space. Relationship therapy helps you understand the cycle, speak more honestly, and build relationships where your voice, needs, and values have room.
Services
My approach to therapy gives you space to understand the patterns that once helped you survive but may now be keeping you stuck. Through approaches like EMDR, DBT, and Gottman Method relationship work, we can begin making sense of your past while helping you move differently in the present.

DBT-Informed Therapy
DBT-informed therapy integrates principles and skills from traditional DBT to help you stay grounded, regulate emotions, and make choices that align with your values.

EMDR Therapy
EMDR helps process painful memories so your nervous system can stop living as if the past is still happening.

Gottman Method Couples Therapy
The Gottman Method Couples Therapy approach helps couples understand the patterns beneath conflict, communicate more clearly, repair hurt, and rebuild emotional connection.
